Church control

The church controls public name, initial message, language, authorized content, prohibited topics, service information and human contacts for handoff.

Service presentation

The feature is presented as the AI Online Pastor and follows the guidelines configured by the church, without replacing the follow-up of pastors and leaders.

Data sent to the model

In the Online Pastor, only the current message, the recent session history and content approved by the church are sent.

The individual table is calculated and displayed only inside Sanctuware. In behavioral reports, only aggregate counts are sent to the AI model. Names, contacts, notes, prayer texts, messages, conversations and individual histories are not sent to the model in these reports.

Privacy, retention and isolation

Content and conversations remain isolated per organization, with their own permissions. Conversations follow automatic retention configurable by the church. The organization can export the records and request correction or deletion through the responsible channels, where applicable.

Safety in delicate situations

Risk to life, violence, abuse, medical emergency, serious emotional crisis or suicide risk require guidance to appropriate emergency help and an offer of human handoff. The feature does not diagnose or promise absolute confidentiality.
