Sanctuware processes data to provide the platform, protect accounts, process subscriptions and meet legal obligations. In member records and pastoral activities, the church typically defines the purposes and means of processing, and Sanctuware processes data according to its instructions. For account, security, support and billing data, roles may differ depending on each operation.

Rights, retention and contact

Data subjects may request access, correction, information, portability where applicable or deletion in cases provided by law. Conversations follow configurable automatic retention and can be exported by the organization. Correction or deletion requests should be addressed to the organization responsible for processing or through our contact channels.

Navigation metrics

For security and operational measurement, the server records all eligible public HTML requests, the route, the source, allowed campaign parameters and an anonymous key that changes daily. We do not store the raw IP, the full query string or sensitive parameters. Bots, crawlers and scanners are preserved for auditing but kept separate from people indicators; private areas are not included in this measurement. Google Analytics receives only pageviews and aggregate public navigation events, without additional consent, because it does not receive names, contacts, user identifiers, member data, pastoral texts, prayers, conversations, financial amounts or other sensitive data. Advertising and personalization signals remain disabled. Any processing of sensitive data inside the platform follows the applicable purposes, controls and consents. Artificial intelligence

The individual table is calculated and displayed only inside Sanctuware. In behavioral reports, only aggregate counts are sent to the AI model. Names, contacts, notes, prayer texts, messages, conversations and individual histories are not sent to the model in these reports.

In the Online Pastor, only the current message, the recent session history and content approved by the church are sent.

Payments

Card data is collected and processed by Stripe and does not pass through Sanctuware servers.
