The platform is licensed for church administration. The customer must maintain authorized users, a legal basis for registered data and up-to-date billing information.

Sanctuware is a product of American Society of Freudian Psychoanalysis LLC.

Free plan, billing and cancellation

The Community plan is free for up to 50 users and requires no card. There is no trial account or free period on paid plans. Paid plans are subscribed separately, with an explicit review of plan, period and price before Stripe checkout; they renew until cancellation and can be managed in the billing portal. After non-payment, a 7-day grace period applies, with no automatic data deletion.

Responsible use

Using the platform for fraud, abuse, discrimination or data processing without a legal basis is prohibited.
