How to subscribe, change or cancel a plan
Review prices and capacity before confirming a subscription processed by Stripe.
Open My subscription
The owner must open My subscription in the dashboard to review plan, capacity and billing.
Review the desired plan
Check price, period, people, administrators, locations and monthly AI credits.
Confirm checkout
Click Go to secure payment only after reviewing. The account changes after Stripe confirmation.
Change or cancel
Use My subscription to change plans and the Billing Portal for card, invoices and cancellation. Downgrades respect the limits in use.
Free plan
The Community plan is free for up to 50 users and requires no card. To expand people, administrators or locations, review a paid plan in My subscription.
